An Elite Group of Highly Skilled PSAI China Professionals Participate in PSAI SMART Program™ – Fundamentals of Public Safety Diving IQC and ITW
During the first part of December, PSD ITE Julian Blair conducted an IQC for several specially selected PSAI China Instructors and an ITW for two other candidates approved by the PSAI Executive Staff. Their training (lectures, open water and pool) all took place in Mainland China.
