Valery Hlopovsky has invested in the PSAI Country License for PSAI Russia and the PSAI Country License for PSAI Ukraine.

Valery has been with PSAI for well over a decade. He is well known as both an outstanding Instructor Trainer as well as in Russia as an expert on underwater exploration and CCR’s.
