PSAI Instructor Lance Robb Awarded Techincal Diver of the Year at OzTek 2015
Lance Robb was awarded the “Technical Diver of the Year” award for “Outstanding Achievements in Diving Exploration” at the 2015 OZTeK Dive Conference Gala Presentations Dinner in Sydney this March. Lance Is a PSAI Technical Instructor and teaches from his facility Closed Circuit Divers in Cairns, Australia.
